Subjects of enrollment: Graduated from high school, junior high school or equivalent
Degree after graduation: Diploma of Vocational College, Intermediate vocational
Training time: 03 years (for vocational college training), 02 years (for vocational secondary training).
– After completing the program, learners have knowledge and skills on important and advanced basic areas of the industry such as:
+ Distinguish basic knowledge about traditional business and online business;
+ Applying the knowledge of commercial business operations: negotiating to sign contracts for sales, customs declaration, payment, transportation, freight forwarding and insurance in the field of commerce;
+ Identify and apply methods, electronic transaction model, electronic customs declaration, electronic payment, electronic marketing in business activities;
+ Differentiate programming languages, databases in building commercial websites. Applying knowledge of computer networks, network security and digital signatures in network administration, security and information preservation.
+ Implementing specific business operations in the transaction of signing sales contracts, customs declaration, payment, forwarding, transportation and cargo insurance;
+ Use commercial English to participate in online business activities;
+ Differentiate risks, losses and conditions of insurance for import and export goods. Prepare goods insurance documents and contracts, as well as documents to claim insurance companies when goods are lost;
+ Conducting business on the Internet, proficiently using Internet search tools, exploiting information, partners, expanding business markets, proficiently implementing e-commerce transactions;
+ Design, exploit, use and maintain a commercial website to serve business activities of enterprises such as searching for customers and suppliers of goods in the country and around the world; search and analyze domestic and international market information; providing information, introducing products and businesses to domestic and international buyers;
+ Applying business culture knowledge to marketing and marketing management skills on the Internet;
+ Read and draft business documents (quotes, offers, contracts, commercial correspondence …) in Vietnamese and English;
+ Ability to work in groups and skills in collaboration.
