Department of Finance and Accounting is a functional unit under Hanoi High-Tech Vocational College, assisting the Rector in managing finance and accounting, managing fixed assets, budget capital and equity. according to the budget law
+ Making annual and quarterly revenue and expenditure estimates according to the direction of the principal.
+ Organizing the collection and spending of the internal and external expenses.
+ Making final settlement of collected, quarterly and annual capital sources in accordance with the financial accounting regime and the budget law.
+ Guide the departments to spend the right principles and the current regulations and internal expenditures, ensuring savings and efficiency.
+ To compare capital with monthly and quarterly treasuries, payment and settlement accounts, including: salary, allowances, scholarships, social insurance, other expenses for training and other activities.
+ Making books to keep track of sources, revenues and sources according to the current accounting regime.
+ Monthly comparison with the treasury, settlement of social insurance regime for civil servants, civil servants, payrolls and contractual forms according to labor law.
+ Keeping the school’s fund in accordance with State regulations.
+ Coordinate with the Administrative Organization Department and the Office of Management of Materials to monitor and monitor all public assets and settle the expired properties according to current regulations.
