1. Location and function
The Training Management Department is the functional unit of the school, assisting the Rector in the activities of the school’s enrollment, training and business relations.
2. Tasks and powers
2.1. Training mission
+ Develop long-term, short-term and annual plans in the field of training of the school and organize implementation after approval.
+ Preside over the construction process, operating regulations in the field of training and the rules, internal rules of the Division to perform the assigned tasks.
+ Take the lead in developing training programs, subject programs, compiling textbooks and learning materials; develop plans for annual and quarterly teaching and learning progress for the training majors of the school and management and administration organization after being approved.
+ Develop annual enrollment targets and preside over the implementation of enrollment activities according to the approved plan.
+ Develop an internship tour plan and instruct and supervise the implementation of specialized faculties.
+ Organizing to guide and supervise the activities of training, examination, examination and graduation recognition in the branches and training systems of the school according to regulations.
+ Take the lead in organizing activities to improve the quality of teachers and learners.
+ Develop rules and regulations on teaching and learning. Inspect the teaching of teachers and teachers inside and outside the school; learning and learning outcomes of students and students.
+ Managing the issuance of diplomas, certificates and archives of students – students according to regulations.
+ Performing related tasks specified in the Organization and Operation Regulation of the school and other tasks assigned by the Principal.

+ Training according to the needs of the enterprise.
+ Introduce jobs for students.
+ Labor export training.
+ Recruitment of regular vocational colleges, intermediate vocational training courses, short-term training courses, and transfer to universities.

+ Training, improving skills for workers.
+ Organizing consultancy activities, enrollment, career orientation, job festival days and training of soft skills for students.
