From 4 p.m to 5 p.m on July 17, 2019, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Latvia visits and attends the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for new technology Air Conditioner laboratory at Hanoi Vocational College of High Technology.

HHT would like to invite State and local agencies, entrepreneurs in construction, refrigeration and air conditioner industries, colleges offering refrigeration and air conditioning courses, as well as individuals who may concern to attend the ceremony.
