1. Function
– Advising, advising and proposing to the Principal solutions on testing, quality assurance and assessment of training quality at the University.
– Leading the organization of conducting testing and quality assurance.
2. Tasks
2.1. Examination work
– Advise the Principal in organizing entrance exams, finish subjects / modules, finish final exams in accordance with regulations and regulations of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
– Research, draft and submit to the Principal for approval and issuance of regulations on examination according to regulations.
– Gradually apply information technology to testing activities such as exam bank, draft exam questions, test and evaluate exam results.
– Research, propose and organize the forms of assessment and assessment in accordance with the requirements of the professions, the training levels to improve the quality and efficiency in training.
– Guiding, inspecting and urging faculties and departments to carry out activities in the field of school testing.
– Coordinate with faculties, departments to build, manage, use and store the exam question bank, the subject exam fund / module.
– Leading and coordinating with faculties and departments to develop plans and organize exams to assess occupational skills, graduation exams, certification exams, certification exams, examinations study / module: from the stage of writing, exam questions, drawing exam questions, organizing examination, exam acceptance, beating, marking and storing, analyzing and processing exam results; assigning the department to synthesize and calculate points for students; conduct the examination of the exam when there are requirements and problems related to the examination and examination of the exams.
– Preside over random appraisal of marking results of teachers / modules.
– Develop a process of conducting testing, guiding, speeding up and inspecting the implementation of the processes of the relevant departments and departments.
– Responsible for synthesizing and reporting periodically on exam work, exam results, assessing training quality for principals and requirements of all levels.
– Manage and use facilities assigned by the school safely, effectively and economically.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
2.2. Quality Assurance
– Research and implement comprehensive solutions to ensure the quality of training and research program development, teaching methods, methods of learning, testing and evaluation of training quality; preside over the construction of documents in this field.
– Research and build a system of assessment tools; training programs, teaching of teachers, student learning, employment of students after graduation.
– Guide, urge, supervise and inspect the implementation of quality management work of units throughout the school.
– Develop plans and organize training courses to improve professional skills for officials and teachers throughout the school on quality assurance.
– Coordinate with relevant units to organize the evaluation of the training program, the teaching work of teachers, the learning of students and students of the training system of the school.
– Organize self-assessment according to the standards of accreditation of vocational colleges and participate in external assessment at the request of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
– Coordinate with domestic and foreign organizations and individuals to organize quality assurance activities; Planning and implementing registration to join regional and international education quality assurance organizations.
– Performing the task of preventing and fighting against corruption, violating ethics of teachers in the field of education according to the provisions of law.
– Evaluate, classify the quality of work and implementation according to the functions and tasks of departments, faculties and centers in the University.
– Evaluate and classify the teaching quality of teachers, the quality of learning of students and students.
– Building the Center to become one of the national vocational skill assessment centers in the Northern region.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
3. Powers:
– Quality Assurance and Testing Center has the right to organize, urge and inspect departments, departments, departments and centers in the implementation of Testing and Quality Assurance.
– Mobilize the participation of officials, teachers and students in testing and quality assurance when the plan is approved.
– Quality Assurance and Testing Center has the right to petition the Principal in solving violations of the school’s testing and quality assurance.
– Manage and use assigned facilities and equipment
