Location, function
Advising the Principal on planning, basic construction, development and use of facilities and equipment of the University. Land management, management of procurement activities, equipment asset management and effective use of school equipment assets for teaching, research and learning.
Tasks and powers
+ The focal point for building and submitting to the Principal for approval and implementing the plan of building new facilities according to the approved planning + Strictly managing houses, warehouses, land, ponds and lakes fences, public buildings and other facilities within the campus management.
+ Develop the Principal’s program to approve and implement plans to repair other facilities and facilities for the management of teaching, learning and activities of the University.
+ Implementing management, inspection and coordinating with the consulting units to supervise construction works from all capital construction and repair sources in the school according to current regulations.
+ Procurement of supplies, stationery, equipment, assets, means and working tools for teaching and learning according to current regulations.
+ Coordinate with functional units to plan lecture halls in accordance with the training plan of the University.
+ Managing and administering the effective use of lecture halls. Ensure adequate lecture hall for learning teaching. Well implement the service of lecture hall such as drinking water, lighting system, sound system, sanitation …
+ Report Principal using lecture hall according to semester. Proposing the University to arrange and arrange lecture halls to effectively exploit and use. Timely notify the request for repair of lecture halls for functional units.
+ Perform public cleaning of lecture halls and work areas.
+ Standing advisory councils on housing management, procurement and equipment liquidation, bidding for construction and sale of technical facilities of the school. Standing of the School’s Fire and Flood Prevention and Fighting Boards.
+ Green tree care management organization on campus.
+ Perform public cleaning of assigned working areas and other public areas.
+ Directing and providing professional guidance on management, asset preservation, management of electricity use, fire protection for units and individuals in the University.
+ Comprehensive management of human resources and a focal point to represent individuals with schools and organizations under the University. propose needs and coordinate with functional units to participate in the process of recruiting employees and contractual employees of the department in accordance with current regulations.
+ Create conditions and coordinate activities with mass organizations in the room.
+ Actively coordinate with functional units to train and improve professional qualifications for employees of the management department.
+ Management and effective use of assigned labor and assets in accordance with current laws and the School’s regulations.
+ Implement management and coordination of using working facilities, teaching and learning in the University. Manage and ensure electricity and water for work and living within the assigned school.
