1. Location and function:
The Department of Scientific Management was established right after the decision to establish Hanoi High-Tech Vocational College. The room assessed by the Board of Directors is one of the important units for the overall development strategy of the school.
The Department of Scientific Management has the function of advising and assisting the Principal in managing and managing scientific research, information technology application and technology transfer.
2. Tasks and powers:
+ Organize training and retraining of post-graduate learners to provide for businesses and foreign projects.
+ Manage scientific activities and technology applications.
+ Organizing seminars, scientific activities of schools and related organizations to serve the training, scientific research and technology application of the school.
+ Publishing scientific and technological publications.
+ Guide, supervise and inspect scientific activities of technology application of cadres, teachers and students according to the school’s requirements and plans.
+ Exploiting scientific topics of relevant organizations and agencies in the sector and proposing the implementation plan after being approved.
3. Development orientation:
In order to well implement the objectives of training and research, the Department of Scientific Management determines that development direction is:
+ Actively, positively integrate, improve the prestige and position of the school in the regional and world vocational schools community;
+ Strengthening activities of cooperation in scientific research and technology transfer;
+ Effectively exploit cooperative relations to enhance and modernize material and technical facilities and attract scholarship funding sources for teachers and students.
4. Activities of conducting scientific research:
+ Organize conferences, scientific seminars on the strategy of building and developing schools and key vocational projects, on improving the program framework, compiling books, textbooks and developing schemes and projects levels.
+ Deploying school-level projects and projects, launching scientific research movements in school-wide students.
+ Implementing the compilation of textbooks in schools.
+ Organizing for school officials and teachers to participate in conferences and scientific seminars at home and abroad, school students participate in scientific research contests, skill competitions at all levels, …
+ With the goal of becoming an international standard vocational training institution, the Scientific Management Department is working with the School Board to maintain and continue to expand relations with foreign partners, proceeding to implement Present specific programs, affirming international orientation in Hanoi High-Tech Vocational College.
