Location, function
The Department of Scientific Management and International Cooperation was established right after the decision to establish Hanoi High-Tech Vocational College. The room is evaluated by the Board of Directors as one of the important units for the overall development strategy of the school, especially for the goal of achieving international standards in 2015.

The Department of Scientific Management and International Cooperation has the function of advising and assisting the Principal in managing and managing scientific research, information technology application and developing cooperative relations with foreign countries.

Tasks and powers

+ Develop a plan for foreign affairs, international cooperation in the field of training and retraining of the school and organize implementation when approved.

+ Management of delegations coming out and coming in according to state regulations and school plans.

+ Organize training and retraining of post-graduate learners to provide for businesses and foreign projects

+ Manage scientific activities and technology applications.

+ Organizing seminars, scientific activities of schools and related organizations to serve the training, scientific research and technology application of the school.

+ Publishing scientific and technological publications.

+ Guide, supervise and inspect scientific activities of technology application of cadres, teachers and students according to the school’s requirements and plans.

+ Exploiting scientific topics of relevant organizations and agencies in the sector and proposing the implementation plan after being approved.

Oriented development:

In order to promote the effectiveness of international cooperation, well implementing the objectives of training and research, the Department of Scientific Management and International Cooperation needs to:

+ Formulating strategies in international cooperation, identifying objectives, major orientations and priority contents.

+ Actively, positively integrate, improve the prestige and position of schools in the community of regional and world vocational schools

+ Promote the international training cooperation.

+ Strengthening cooperation activities in scientific research and technology transfer.

+ Effectively exploit cooperation relations to enhance and modernize material and technical facilities and attract scholarship funding sources for officials and students.

Activities of conducting scientific research:

+ Organize conferences, scientific seminars on the strategy of building and developing schools and key vocational projects, on improving the program framework, compiling books, textbooks and developing schemes and projects levels.

+ Deploying school-level projects and projects, launching scientific research movements in school-wide students.

+ Completing the curriculum for compiling textbooks 2011-2013, promoting the compilation of textbooks in schools.

+ Organizing for school officials and teachers to participate in conferences, scientific seminars at home and abroad, school students participate in scientific research contests, skill competitions at all levels, Robocon competitions organized by VTV, …

With the goal of becoming an international-standard vocational training institution, the Department of Scientific Management and International Cooperation is working with the School Board to maintain and continue to expand relations with foreign partners, advancing to implement specific programs, affirming international orientation in Hanoi High-Tech Vocational College.
